Both software upgrades and help desk services are taken care of for ITC customers. Agility improves with users being able to rapidly re-provision technological infrastructure resources. Reliability improves through the use of multiple redundant servers, which makes cloud computing suitable for disaster recovery.

Network Technology

Image transfers are carried out using our custom designed, secure, private network between your hospital and our central site. Images are automatically sent on to an ITC Radiologist credentialed at your facility.

His/her interpretation of the case will be returned to the hospital by secure e-mail, Fax, or HL7 direct integration into the hospital’s RIS.

Workflow Technology

Our work doesn’t end with the equipment. ITC provides full training and 24-hour support for your Radiologic Technologists. Every system is fully supported, and any assistance you might need is just a telephone call away – day or night.
